Every plate listed here was purchased privately using personal funds and is held on an official V778 Retention Document or V750 Certificate of Entitlement, in my own name.My aim is simple: clear pricing, straightforward transfers, and no unnecessary extras. I don’t offer printed plates, upsells, or add‑on services — just the registration mark itself, transferred securely through the DVLA’s online system.RegUpgrade is not affiliated with the DVLA. All transfers are completed using the official DVLA online process, and once the DVLA confirms the assignment, you become the legal owner of the VRM.If you’d like to know how the transfer works, please refer to the RegUpgrade Terms and Conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONSIn Relation to You, the Buyer- Upon paying the full purchase price and the DVLA online transfer completing, you become the legal owner of the VRM. DVLA transfers are irreversible, and therefore no refunds are offered after purchase.- Prices are final and include the £80 DVLA assignment/retention fee already paid up‑front.- You must provide accurate information (name, address, V5C document reference number). RegUpgrade is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details.- It is an offence to misrepresent a registration mark. Please refer to the UK Road Vehicles (Display of Registration Marks) Regulations 2001 if required.In Relation to RegUpgrade- RegUpgrade.com is operated as a personal individual venture. All registration marks were purchased using personal funds and are held in my name on either V778 Retention Documents (previously assigned) or V750 Certificates of Entitlement (never assigned). RegUpgrade is not affiliated with the DVLA.- No VAT is charged.- DVLA processing times, postal delays, and system availability are outside of my control. Once the DVLA confirms the transfer, my involvement ends.- I do not provide any service to have physical number plates printed, and no printed plates are included within the sale.- Buyer data is not stored post‑sale beyond what is required to complete the DVLA transfer. Full details are provided in the website’s privacy terms.- RegUpgrade accepts no liability for indirect or consequential losses, including delays, plate‑maker requirements, insurance implications, or costs arising from incorrect buyer‑provided information.How the Transfer Works- Every registration mark listed is held on an official DVLA certificate. It can be transferred directly to your vehicle or issued to you on a certificate for future use.- For certificate transfers: your name and address are added to the DVLA record online, and the DVLA posts you a new certificate.- For vehicle assignments: the transfer is completed online using your V5C document reference number. The DVLA updates your vehicle record immediately and issues a new V5C. Proof of completion is provided to you.
